Strengthened cross-boundary access controls on a federal GovCloud environment by implementing OAuth2-based authentication.
Operations & Maintenance Manager (Contractor) — Supporting U.S. SEC
Strengthened identity and access controls on a regulated federal data platform, including an Entra ID Zero Trust rollout and identity/IAM modernization.
Spring Batch Lead (Contractor) — Supporting U.S. Department of Education
Operated petabyte-scale Confluent/Kafka data pipelines feeding mission-critical reporting and shipped 10+ production releases leading a team of 4.
Technical Architect Manager — Accenture Federal Services
Stood up a program-wide CI/CD platform (GitLab, Sonatype Nexus RM, Sonatype IQ) on a dedicated AWS shared-services account and shared VPC; codified all infrastructure with Terragrunt.
CI/CD Delivery Manager / Cloud Migration Lead — Accenture Federal Services
Led what was, at the time, one of Accenture Federal Services' largest cloud migrations — a $20M IBM-to-AWS initiative moving 16M users across 11 environments and 20+ integrations. Architected the multi-account AWS landing zone, led an 8-member DevOps team, and enforced cfn-guard policy-as-code hard blockers plus Sonatype IQ supply-chain (SCA) governance in the CI/CD pipeline.
